Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough in-home consultations and assessments
  • Evaluate home improvement needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Create detailed project estimates and timelines
  • Explain technical concepts in easy-to-understand terms
  • Recommend appropriate materials and design options
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth implementation
  • Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in home improvement, construction, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of residential construction and repair techniques
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to create accurate project estimates and timelines
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Background in drywall, carpentry, or general contracting preferred

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $45,000-$60,000 depending on experience
  • Commission structure based on project conversions

Senior Renovation Consultant

Position Overview:
As a Senior Renovation Consultant, you’ll manage our most complex home improvement projects from initial concept through completion. You’ll leverage your extensive industry knowledge to guide homeowners through major renovations while ensuring exceptional quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive home evaluations for major renovation projects
  • Develop detailed renovation plans including material selection and design elements
  • Create accurate project budgets, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Educate clients on renovation processes and set clear expectations
  • Coordinate with specialized contractors and internal teams
  • Oversee project progress and ensure quality standards are maintained
  • Resolve complex challenges while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Train and mentor junior consultants

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in home renovation, remodeling, or construction management
