- Create detailed project estimates and timelines

- Recommend appropriate materials and design options
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth implementation
- Follow up with clients to ensure complete satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in home improvement, construction, or related field
- Strong knowledge of residential construction and repair techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive home evaluations for major renovation projects
- Develop detailed renovation plans including material selection and design elements
- Create accurate project budgets, timelines, and resource requirements
